Recompiled legion simulator binaries with UltraSPARC III optimizations.

Although it's bad form to commit binaries to git, Sun included the original
legion binaries in the OpenSPARC project tarball and I wanted to import that
as-is. Then, since recompilation with an USIII target provided a large speed
boost, I am performing a one-time import of the updated binaries into git,
allowing future use without requiring all the setup needed for compilation.

Updating OpenSPARCT2_SAM.cshrc with paths suitable for use on excalibur.SGK.

Initial commit of OpenSPARC T2 architecture model.
The files in this commit are simply the contents of OpenSPARCT2_Arch.1.2.tar.bz2.
