\  Not only does a distinction need to be maintained between
\      the Tokenizer and the FCode interpreter, we also need
\      a distinction between those and the DeTokenizer.

\  These are the DeTokenizer's version of obsolete FCode functions
\      that are different from those in the Tokenizer and the FCode
