  Create a new zipimporter instance. <var>archivepath</var> must be a path to
  a zipfile.  <tt class="class">ZipImportError</tt> is raised if <var>archivepath</var> doesn't
  point to a valid ZIP archive.

  compatibility with the importer protocol.
