This command is deprecated.
<p>
The stepim command advances all cpus by <i>value</i> number of
instruction.  Note that if a cpus hits a breakpoint, its
execution may be halted early before all <i>value</i> instructions
are complete.
<p>
This command's behavior matches that of stepi and additionally reports
some simulator performance information.
