2The most complex format is the TM (technical memorandum)
3format. If you use that, instead of the IM format,
4you get the usual "MEMORANDUM FOR FILE" message. In addition,
5you usually want to specify the TM number, case numbers, and
6so forth. The command line for TM format (which should also
7be the first line given) should read:
