2What if you don't want the cover sheet? Nroff has
3an option to print only special pages. In particular,
4 nroff -ms -o1- files ...
5will begin printing at page 1, and skip page 0, the cover sheet.
6If you only want the cover sheet, you need the command
7 nroff -ms -o0 files ...
8which prints only page zero. Try printing
9only the cover sheet of the file "decl".
10Then type "ready" as usual.

26When in the course of human events, it becomes
