6file allows one to discover information about who is currently
7using UNIX.
8The file is binary; each entry is 16(10) bytes long.
9The first eight bytes contain a user's login name or
10are null if the table slot is unused.
11The low order byte of the next word contains the last
12character of a typewriter name.
13The next two words contain the user's login time.
14The last word is unused.
