15reads the Versatec accounting file, accumulating the number
16of feet of paper consumed by each user, and printing out
17how much each user consumed in feet and dollars (billed at
188 cents / foot). If any

20are specified, then statistics are only printed for those users;
21usually, statistics are printed for every user who has used any paper.
