Changes made to the 4.3BSD-tahoe distribution to support 
HCX9.

Replace:

       /sys/stand/saio.h
       /sys/tahoe/autoconf.c
       /sys/tahoe/conf.c
       /sys/tahoe/genassym.c
       /sys/tahoe/locore.s
       /sys/tahoestand/Makefile
       /sys/tahoestand/boot.c
       /sys/tahoevba/vba.c
       /sys/tahoevba/vx.c
       /vmunix

Add:
       /dev/hd[0-7]
       /sys/tahoeif/if_ex.c
       /sys/tahoeif/if_exreg.h
       /sys/tahoevba/hd.c
       /sys/tahoevba/hdreg.h

Original tahoe diagnostic files moved to /tahoe:
       /fppoc
       /fppwcs
       /poc
       /poc1
       /poc2
       /wcs

Diagnostic files that need to be put in place to support the HCX9:
       /fpevent
       /fppwcs
       /fppwcs_dual
       /hdcwcs
       /load_diags
       /start_fpp
       /wcs
       /wcs_dual

Repoint /sys/conf/GENERIC to /sys/conf/GENERIC.hcx9
