adding GNU dc ("desk calculator")

[unix-history] / usr.sbin / sendmail / cf / m4 / README

These files contain templates and include files for the .cf files.
They should be reasonably generic.  All the machine dependent stuff
is in ../machdep.

Note that these files expect to be processed by m4.
