forbids messages via write\b\b\b\b\b_____ by revoking non-user
write permission on the user's typewriter.
mesg\b\b\b\b____ y\b_ reinstates permission.
mesg\b\b\b\b____ with no argument reverses the current permission.
In all cases the previous state is reported.
