replace ufs_iput with vput; replace ILOCK and IUNLOCK with VOP_LOCK

and VOP_UNLOCK; fix semantics of rename when moving one link name to another
link name for the same file; VOP_LOCK must wait for VXLOCK as well as inode
lock to clear
